Here is an indian spicy tuna pasta recipe for you:
INGREDIENTS:
1. Pasta - 1 packet
2. Canned Tuna(in sunflower oil) - 1
3. Onion (large) - 3 nos
4. Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
5. Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
6. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
7. Chilly powder - 2 tsp
8. Tomato(medium) - 2 nos
9. Oil (As required)
10. Coriander leaves(chopped)
11. Salt(As required)
PREPARATION:
Boil the pasta in simmering water with a bit of salt and oil.
:- Make sure pasta is drained when its half done so as for it not to turn soggy.
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute the finely chopped onions to golden brown. Add the green chillies and saute for few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilly powder.
Fry till the masalas are cooked and a nice aroma comes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes are done.
Open the tuna and drain the oil and flake the tuna chunks.
Add it to the mixture and fry well till the tuna cooks well and becomes crisp and brown.
Add the pasta and stir well so that all the ingredients are mixed well.
Keep on low fire for about 3 - 5 mins.
Garnish with chopped coriander and a dash of lemon to make it tangy.
:- Serve hot.
