Narikela Fish Curry Mix with Roasted Coconut can be used to prepare delicious and authentic Kerala Style fish curry cooked in tangy, roasted coconut gravy (varutharacha meen curry). This is a wonderful dish for all seafood lovers. This mix makes a rich, thick gravy which makes it stand out among other fish recipes.
It has the authentic flavour and aroma of the traditional Kerala style fish curry made of freshly ground spices and 100% organic roasted coconut. Best had with kappa/tapioca, it can also be had with rice, roti or chapathi.
USAGE
• Use 80g paste for 500g fish (Recommended)
RECIPE
Add 80g/2 scoops of Naalikera Roasted Coconut Fish Curry Mix to adequate amount of water and add salt to taste. Add onions and green chilly as per requirement and cook well for 5 min. Bring the gravy to boil and add 500g of fish pieces and cook for 10-15min until the fish is well cooked. Add curry leaves and serve hot.
