Chicken curry mix with roasted coconut masala is a culinary style originating in Kerala. The mix is made from an aromatic blend of roasted coconut, ginger, garlic, tamarind and onion, spiced with cumin, turmeric, black pepper, coriander seeds, cinnamon & cardamom. Contains 100% organic ingredients with no added colour or preservatives.

USAGE

• Use 60g paste for 500g chicken (Recommended)

RECIPE

Sauté onions in a pan and add 500g of chicken pieces. Cook well for 5min with salt. Add 60g/1.5 scoop of Narikela Roasted Coconut Chicken Curry Mix and stir well. Add adequate amount of water and cook for another 15-20min. Serve hot with rice, roti or chapathi
